Liberty Hill has been part of Stoddard County since 1886. We’ve worshiped in a wooden church with a bell tower, a white meeting house, and the building we gather in today. Through every change, the people of this church have done the same thing: followed Jesus together and invited their neighbors to come along.
Planted
Every step of the journey starts with faith, faith that God will do something big with our small steps. Over the last 140 years, the people of Liberty Hill have faithfully believed that if we plant, God will grow.
Rooted
Our journey is about discipleship, becoming disciples of Jesus that make disciples of Jesus. Everything we do is rooted in following Jesus.
Growing
Our journey is about spreading hope to every home and Jesus to the world. It starts with people, family, and community. When change happens there, it cannot be contained. HOPE will GROW.
Hope for Generations
Faith is meant to span generations. If we don't invest in the next generation, it stops with us. Liberty Hill has never wanted faith to STOP with US. Every generation shows the faith of Jesus to the next. Today, we stand on the shoulders of those that invested in us. And likewise, we invest in the next generation. The next generation is not the church of tomorrow. They are the CHURCH of TODAY.
